Out director Todd Haynes is being reunited with his "Mildred Pierce" star Kate Winslet for another sure to be award-winning series.

As reported by Variety, Haynes will write and direct "Trust," a story set in the 1920s, for HBO, which will be told in multiple competing perspectives as a Wall Street tycoon attempts to control the narrative of his life.

The series is adapted from a novel of the same name by Hernan Diaz, which won a Pulitzer Prize in 2023. Moreover, Diaz and Winslet will executive produce alongside Haynes and Raymond, including Christine Vachon and Pamela Koffler for Killer Films.

Haynes' work has included "Safe" (1995) and "Velvet Goldmine" (1998), as well as writing and directing "Carol" (2015), and directing the recent "May December" (2023), which also starred Julianne Moore.

As for Winslet, she is becoming the queen of HBO, executive producing and starring in "Mare of Easttown" in 2021 and "The Regime," which aired earlier this year.
