Whether you recognize Mason Gooding from the "Love, Victor" TV series or the "Scream" franchise, on thing's for sure: he's one of the hunkiest up-and-comers in the game. And to survive in a horror franchise like "Scream," you've got to have one hell of a body ready to beat the crap out of Ghostface.

For "Scream VI", Gooding told Men's Health that he had to achieve "the most aesthetically pleasing" look to match his character's jock persona.

Luckily, Men's Health took their cameras into Gooding's training routine. Watch along to see how to get a body fit for a slasher film:

The Warmup

Cardio: Jump Rope

Superset 1: Trap Bar Deadlift & Dumbbell Flat Bench Press
