With only a few posts on Instagram starting in late March, and a near invisible digital footprint online, what caught our attention about Billy Portocarrero is his style. One sexy picture in particular: He's wearing sock and underwear garters, and we think it could be something from the pages of Vogue.
He's got just under 2,000 followers (he lost his first account in 2024) on Instagram and his X page is set to private, but you don't need hundreds of thousands of followers to be a sexy feed heater; Billy has got this ineffable charm that will certainly draw more subscribers once they discover him.
Although he doesn't appear shy, Billy doesn't show off his body too often – but the snaps in which he does are terrific. With a little persistence and dedication, Billy has the potential to become an account we check daily.
