Declaring herself to be "devastated," Kim Petras announced that she was canceling her appearances at music festivals this summer due to unspecified health concerns.

"The 'Coconuts' singer, 31, took to social media on Wednesday, April 24 to announce the unfortunate news," Us Magazine detailed.

"My buns, I'm devastated to be writing this but I'm going through some health issues and under medical advice I had to make the hard decision to not perform at festivals this summer," Us quoted Petras posting on her Instagram Stories.

Petras posted a nearly identical message on X (formerly Twitter), telling fans: "I love u so much and I'll make it up to you and be back better than ever very soon 💕💕💕".

Petras "had been scheduled to appear at the Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona in May and London's Mighty Hoopla festival in June," the BBC noted.

"In 2023, Petras became the first openly transgender artist to win in a major category at the Grammy Awards for her collaboration with Sam Smith, 'Unholy,' in the best pop duo/group performance category," the BBC recalled.

The duo prompted a satanic panic among anti-LGBTQ+ religious conservatives with their diabolically themed live performance of the song at the Grammys. But fiery imagery and demonic costuming weren't meant to celebrate Satan - rather, the idea was to make fun of the homophobic claim that queer people are automatically doomed to burn for all eternity simply for being who they are.

The music festivals Petras is missing offered her get well wishes, Us relayed.

"We are really sad to learn that Kim Petras won't be able to perform at this year's edition of Primavera Sound Barcelona," that festival tweeted. "We wish her a speedy recovery and hope to welcome her soon to our festival ❤️".

Mighty Hoopla, meanwhile, posted: "We are sending so much love to Kim and will update you on our lineup very soon ✨."

Feel better soon, Kim!
