Watch: Demi Lovato Thanks Lizzo for Correcting Journalist Who Misgendered Them

Lizzo is 100 percent that ally for supporting people in their journeys to feel good as hell.
As reported by Entertainment Weekly, Lizzo is seen on video correcting a paparazzo who misgendered Demi Lovato while asking about a collaboration.
"In a video posted on social media (via a Demi fan account), a paparazzo can be seen asking Lizzo if she has any plans to join Lovato at the upcoming 2021 Jazz Fest," EW reports.
"Their team," Lizzo corrected, firmly saying,"Demi goes by they."
Lovato got wind of the exchange and posted the video on their Instagram stories while thanking the singer for the correction with: "@lizzobeeating you f---ing queen I love you ???? thank you ????????."
Lovato came out as non-binary in May during an episode of their podcast, "4D With Demi."
At the time, Lovato shared, "I'm doing this for those out there that haven't been able to share who they truly are with their loved ones."
