Taylor Swift Announces Next Re-Recorded Album is Fan Favorite 'Red'

Taylor Swift announced Friday that the next album in her re-recordings project would be fan favorite "Red."

She also revealed "Red (Taylor's Version)" will feature 30 tracks and one song that's 10 minutes. (Some Swifties believe this will be an extended edition of the much-beloved song "All Too Well.")

"Musically and lyrically, 'Red' resembled a heartbroken person," she said. "Like trying on pieces of a new life, I went into the studio and experimented with different sounds and collaborators."

Swift also said the album would be out on November 19.

"Red" was released in October 2012 and marked the first time she went began to dabble in pop music with singles like "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," "22" and "I Knew You Were Trouble."

The upcoming album is the latest in her project to re-record the albums she released on her former label Big Machine in an attempt to regain control over her masters. In April, she released "Fearless (Taylor's Version)," her second album originally released in 2008.
