Today on 'Megyn Kelly Today': Megyn Kelly Celebrates 'Men Cook Dinner Day'

READ TIME: 3 MIN.

Today on "Megyn Kelly Today," Megyn Kelly opened her show discussed the new allegations of sexual harassment, including allegations made against Jeremy Piven and Kevin Spacey.

She also mentioned the allegations against Dustin Hoffman's and the audience let out a very loud, "awwww." Megyn then sighed in frustration and said, "I don't know what to say. I'm sick of it."

"I'm worried about the state of our country...I'm proud of these women and men for coming forward," she added. "We need to do some serious soul searching as a nation and how we treat each other."

The next segment was about actress Catherine Oxenberg who says her daughter was "hijacked" a self-empowerment group. It was an extremely strange and sad story that you can read more about by clicking here.

In her next segment, Megyn showed a prerecorded tape where she trained with Marines. After the boring footage ended, Megyn said, "Yes! Love the Marines!"

Megyn then revealed it is Men Make Dinner Day and welcomed Matt Lauer, who was wearing a floppy chef's hat, to the show. She said the day "helps men find their way around the kitchen."

"Some women could use a kick in the pants, like yours truly," Megyn said.

"They told me you were going to be wearing a hat," Matt said.

"It would have messed up my curls!" Megyn said.

Megyn revealed this wasn't the first time she's cooked with Matt. When she first joined the "Today" show she and Matt made an omelet.

Megyn later said her left side is her "good" side.

Megyn and Matt attempted to cook spaghetti carbonara and Matt explained what "al dente" means. Matt also needed to explain what pancetta is because Megyn apparently had no idea what pancetta is.

"Is that just bacon?" Megyn asked.

"Can I just say bacon or do I need to say pancetta?" she asked, referring to buying the meat at the supermarket.

Matt then asked Megyn if she knew how to separate egg yolks from whites.

"Yes. I can do it!" she said.

Megyn then split the eggs an said, "Holla!" She then danced in celebration of seperating the eggs.

Matt explained you can separate eggs in your hands.

"Did you wash your hands?" he asked.

"Recently," Megyn confessed.

Matt put the eggs in her hands and she seperate the yolks from the whites.

"I kinda like that," she confessed again.

Matt finished cooking the meal and pulled out a pre-made version of the spaghetti carbonara.

"Men cook dinner night," he said.

"And then the women will provide the dessert," Megyn added. (Yikes!)

Next up, Megyn welcomed Melissa Garcia to the show for a "throw back Thursday" segment about fashion trends coming back into style.

"It's all about taking inspiration and how we wear it today," Melissa said.

The first outfit was a jumpsuit inspired by the 60s flower power movement. Megyn said she's a fan of the jumpsuit because it "covers up" her body.

The show then cut to a photo of Megyn wearing flowers as a child in the 70s. Megyn then dragged her mother for not putting her in nice clothes but thanked her sister for helping her with style.

Megyn said her favorite decade is the 80s. The show then cut to a photo of Megyn in the 80s.

Melissa then showed a grunge look inspired by the 90s.

"I don't have fashion sense I just do what I see online exactly," Megyn said before the show ended.
