Erin Foley's "Sports Without Balls" Live From Gay Games 14: Comedian Erin Foley helped kick off the 2014 Gay Games with a very special broadcast of her popular podcast, "Sports Without Balls." "I have a real sports obsession," said the tall brunette, who has a non-comedian twin. "I'll check out every professional sports team in town, and any Gay Games competition. I'll watch people throw darts, or lift weights, it doesn't even matter what the sport is." Read more here.

Judy Gold Joins Cast of the Musical "Disaster": Comedian Judy Gold has joined the cast of "Disaster!," the critically acclaimed 1970s disaster movie musical written by Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick, playing Off-Broadway at the St. Luke's Theatre in New York. Gold takes over the role of Shirley from Annie Golden of the hit Netflix show "Orange is the New Black."

The Fortunate One: Fortune Feimster Plays Beantown: With her bushy orange hair and Southern drawl, lesbian comedian Fortune Feimster is not the first woman who springs to mind when one bats around the phrase "late-night talk show phenom." But this funny girl parlayed her success as a semi-finalist on "Last Comic Standing" to become a writer and regular performer on the hit E! Network program, "Chelsea Lately." Feimster, who is an alumna of the prestigious Groundlings Sunday Company, took time from her busy joke-writing schedule to share her success story with EDGE.
