Ice Cream Company Releases Adorable Eight-Minute Lesbian Rom-Com

Kilian Melloy READ TIME: 1 MIN.

Cornetto, a branded frozen dessert cone manufacturer, has been releasing a series of love stories as part of an advertising campaign, Cornetto Cupidity.

One story in particular, '40 Love,' strikes a chord with the LGBT community as it tells the simple love story of two young women.

Lily Allen plays Cupid in the story, which is about a blooming relationship between a young girl and a star tennis player. Through their time spent together, the girls slowly begin to develop feelings for each other.

Though only eight minutes long, the short film manages to capture the awkward moments and purity of first love. The movie is short and sweet and focuses on the small pleasures of falling in love.

So sit back, relax and enjoy this sweet treat. It's worth the watch.
