"Drag Race's" Adore Delano is "DTF"

If you've been wondering what's next for "RuPaul's Drag Race" breakout new star Adore Delano the drag-tartlet will tell you...she's "DTF"! Well that is (at least) the title of her music video; the premiere single from her upcoming debut album "Till Death Do Us Party." It's very clear that the inordinately charming gender-bender is taking full advantage of her 15-minutes as a "top 3" contender in this fierce Season 6 of LOGO TV's popular reality competition series.

But Adore is no stranger to the music scene, having bested some of the competition this season using her vocal prowess and also competed on the hit-making "American Idol." In a recent press announcement Adore said: "I never felt so 'in' drag than when I was 'out' of drag," performing as her male alter ego Danny Noriega. On this season of "Drag Race," Adore not only performed live as a vocalist, she also got to again strut her stuff for celebrity guest judge and former "Idol" favorite Paula Abdul.

Appearing on "Drag Race" fulfilled one of Adore's still-aspiring life's ambitions. Making a close run for the crown alongside Bianca Del Rio (who took home the coveted honor) and chanteuse Courtney Act couldn't have been foretold, as Delano had tried out before, losing in the "fan-vote" to Season 5's Penny Tration. "The show gave me the opportunity to express myself," Delano said. "I'm representing the new queens, the weirdos, the unpolished."

Polished or not, Adore is down for anything, and her first single as a vocal artist is proof of that. "DTF" is being described by the artist as: "Grimy, pop, hood-sh*t! I'm really excited because the sound is unlike anything else out there." The single, the first from a full-length album that will be released on June 3rd, is produced by Tomas & Shiny, and promises to reveal a whole new side of Adore Delano to her fans. "Sometimes music should be fun!" ...and the adorable Delano is that bringing the party till death do us part.
