Anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church is charging NBA player Jason Collins with being the catalyst for the deadly tornado in Oklahoma.

In another episode of the Biblical blame game, the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church is charging recently out NBA player Jason Collins with being the catalyst for the deadly tornado in Oklahoma.

Fred Phelps Jr., the son of the Kansas church founder, is linking homosexuality to the natural disaster that killed 91 people. On Twitter, Phelps referred to Oklahoma sportsman Kevin Durant, who he says offended God by saying "no one has the right to judge" the first openly gay basketball player.

Phelps tweeted: "OK Thunder's Durant flips God by praising fag Collins. God smashed OK. You do the math. #GodH8sFags #FagsDoomNations #FearGod #GodH8sU."

WBC backed Phelps claim, tweeting a picture of a rainbow flag still standing after the destruction.

"What's this picture? Another rainbow house in evil Oklahoma? #GodH8sYourIdols #FearGodNotMotherNature," the tweet reads.

Over the last year, right-wing conservatives have blamed gays for everything from Hurricane Isaac, to Noah's Flood and the Newtown Massacre
