RuPaul's Drag Race :: Top 3

Kilian Melloy READ TIME: 2 MIN.

Season 5 of RuPaul's Drag Star is quickly coming to an end as the top 3 have been chosen and in a short time we will know who America's Next Drag Superstar is. A few days before they tape the finale we sat down with the 3 finalist and asked them why they thought they should be crowned America's Next Drag Superstar. Here's what they had to say:

JinksJinkx:

I am in love with my craft. There is nothing I feel more ready for than to be America's next Drag Superstar. It's the chance to be an advocate for positive change in our world. It's my chance to contribute to the continuing fight for gay rights and equality. Drag is my passion, my art, and my lifeblood and I have so much respect for it in all of its forms. You cannot find the Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve and Talent I have, anywhere else.

RoxxyRoxxxy:

I should be America's next Drag Superstar because I represent all the Latin plus and pageant girls in this nation, they haven't crowned any girl like me and I feel it's time and way overdue, and I feel that I was a very strong competitor. Most of the challenges were very uncomfortable for me, but I stepped outside of my comfort zone and did well. I've learned a lot from the competition and win or lose, I know that I am so happy I had this experience and I can't wait for what the future holds.

AlaskaAlaska:

Because I'm the 3 F's: fierce, flawless and f*cking fabulous. Oh wait, that's 4 F's. I never said I could count, but I AM America's Next Drag Superstar. Crown it!

RuPaul's Drag Race airs on LOGO at 9 pm on Mondys nights. Tune in this Monday, May 6th to see who will be crowned America's next Drag Superstar.
