LAS VEGAS, Nevada - Las Vegas has become a world-class shopping destination boasting more than one million square feet of luxury retail space, and sophisticated designers such as Prada, Christian Dior, Bulgari, Herms, Roberto Cavalli, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arples and Versace. On Sept. 6, Las Vegas will celebrate Fashion's Night Out (FNO) with a lineup of chic events across the world-famous Strip.

Fashion's Night Out is a global initiative that was created in 2009 to celebrate fashion, restore consumer confidence, boost the industry's economy during the recession, and bring fun back to the shopping experience. In the United States, the program is a collaboration between American Vogue, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, NYC & Company and the city of New York; however, events take place around the world, with more than 500 cities participating nationwide this year.

The Shoppes at The Palazzo will host a FNO affair featuring fashion expert, celebrity stylist and co-host of E!'s "Fashion Police," George Kotsiopoulos. The public event will take place from 6-8 p.m. near the Chloe rotunda. Notable highlights include a $1,000 shopping spree, a Q&A session with Kotsiopoulos, a selection of top fall picks from retailers at The Shoppes and a chance to win a trip for two to Hawaii.

Emmy Award-winning fashion visionary Patricia Field will bring her design prowess to Crystals at CityCenter to celebrate FNO. The legendary stylist, renowned for her work with Sarah Jessica Parker in "Sex and the City" and Meryl Streep in "The Devil Wears Prada," will join top designers and local charities from 6-11 p.m.

Crystals will offer unique in-store and destination-wide experiences, feature performances from Nevada Ballet Theatre and spotlight the hottest looks with models strolling the center dressed in the latest fall fashions.

Celebrate fashion at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace during FNO with an evening full of fashion, entertainment, food, drink, one-of-a-kind in-store events, celebrity appearances, live performances and limited edition products and giveaways, including The Forum Shops shopping sprees. Or head over to the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino for special FNO sales, gifts and in-store events at many of the venue's retailers, including bebe, GUESS, BCBGMAXAZRIA and Steve Madden.
