Report: Gay Porn Star Max Schulter Dies at 35

Wednesday February 8, 2017

Gay porn star Max Schutler died earlier this month, according to a report from the gay porn news site Str8UpGayPorn (extremely NSFW). He was 35.

A cause of death has not been announced but friends and fans have flooded their condolences on Schutler's personal Facebook page.

The site notes Schutler, born Jorge Schmeda, started his career in gay porn in 2007, working with several studios, including Raging Stallion.

In 2008 he was at the center of controversy when he entered the "International Mr. Gay" competition. After winning Mr. Argentina, Schutler was asked to step down. EDGE reported at the time, Schutler was asked to step down because he was reportedly from Paraguay and not Argentina, but some speculated he was forced to withdraw because of his gay porn career.

Str8UpGayPorn (again, NSFW) writes Schutler continued as an adult entertainer until 2011. After a four-year hiatus, he returned to porn in 2015 and performed for Lucas entertainment.
