Netflix is sharing the first official trailer for the new installment of "Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City."

This new chapter follows Mary Ann (Laura Linney), who returns to San Francisco and reconnects with her daughter Shawna (Ellen Page) and her ex-husband Brian (Paul Gross). It's been 20 years since she left them to pursue her career but a midlife crisis is sending her back to the West Coast and leaving behind her picture-perfect life in Connecticut. Upon her return, Mary Ann quickly finds herself back with Anna Madrigal (Olympia Dukakis), and her new family of young queer people living at 28 Barbary Lane.

Based on the novels by Maupin, "Tales of the City" was a hit among LGBTQ audiences back in 1993. Netflix previously shared a teaser trailer for the show in early April. You can check that out by clicking here.

Netflix's "Tales of the City" debuts on June 7. Watch the trailer below.
