Missing: The Complete First Season

How far would you go to save your child? Becca Winstone, played by the lovely and talented Ashley Judd, will go all over the world to find her missing son Michael after he disappears from Rome where he's been studying.

ABC's new drama Missing, an action-adventure series with attention-grabbing cinematography, is now available on DVD. Missing: The Complete First Season bursts with international intrigue, exotic locations, and thrilling twists and turns. There's a lot of backstory that will reveal itself and keep you interested in Becca's character. Unlike other adventure-dramas, where political and secret operations are not always easy to grasp, this narrative is pretty clear, fast-moving, and easy to follow.

Both Becca and her late husband were CIA agents, and it's her skills that will help her find the answers to her son's mysterious disappearance. Becca flies to Rome to the scene of the crime but no one takes her seriously, so she takes matters into her own very capable hands. She will have to rely on old friends and reopen past wounds and her resourcefulness and determination will be put to the test over and over again. But this mother will stop at nothing, and go all over Europe and the world, to get her beloved son back.

The three-disc set is about 430 minutes long and is presented in anamorphic widescreen video, English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound, and features subtitles in English, French, and Spanish. The set includes all ten episodes and three extra features on Disc 3 including:

In the segment "Missing in Action," Ashley Judd, Creator/Executive Producer Greg Poirier, and Executive Producer Gina Matthews discuss how this thought-provoking adventure drama came to be.

"On Location: Inside Istanbul" takes the viewer through this spectacular city with the cast and crew as their guide and shows how complicated it can be to film an action show.

Deleted scenes are also included.

"Missing: The Complete First Season" is highly-recommended. This series is intelligently-crafted, intriguing, and pleasing to the eyes (the international settings and Ms. Judd).
